Description
Sort of a sequel to my Marie Antoinette, death of a queen.
There are a lot of historical paintings featuring Cleopatra's death because it appeals to our interest in sex/violence and seeing the high and mighty fall. She was a pretty ruthless tyrant who mostly gets remembered as a sexy seductress. So I tried to make this a little more comical, as if she was amused about her own legacy.

I am also impressed with your coloring. I have such a hard time with lighting, but I look at your art and it is so flawless! You use so many different colors, and they all mesh into something so beautiful.
